General & Order Questions
We offer fast, 100% discreet shipping across the United States from our local domestic warehouses. Your privacy is our top priority—every single order is shipped in completely plain, unbranded packaging with absolutely no mention of our store name on the outside box. For orders over $90, we offer FREE standard shipping within the USA (some exclusions apply – see Terms and Conditions for details). Please note that shipping times listed on product pages are realistic estimates and are not guaranteed.
Due to the highly intimate nature of our wellness products, health regulations, and strict hygiene standards, **we absolutely cannot accept returns unless the item is 100% unopened, unused, and still completely factory sealed in its original plastic wrap/packaging.** If your item is still fully factory sealed and you wish to return it, please contact our support team to further discuss your return eligibility. Items that have had their factory seals broken or tampered with are strictly non-returnable and final sale. Eligible factory-sealed returns that did not arise from an error on our part are subject to a 15% restocking fee and a $15 return shipping fee.
Cancellations are permitted on a case-by-case basis before the order is marked as “Completed” or packed by our warehouse team. To request a cancellation, please email or call us immediately. To offset the non-refundable payment gateway processing costs incurred by our merchant provider, all canceled orders are subject to our standard 6% cancellation fee. Special order items cannot be canceled for any reason.
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to provide a valid and accurate US shipping address at checkout. If our system cannot validate your address, we will place the order on hold and contact you via email to confirm details to ensure your package arrives safely. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by address corrections. If a package has already shipped with incorrect customer information (name, address, apartment number), the buyer is responsible for any courier intercept or re-routing fees, as well as return shipping expenses. If an unclaimed package is returned to our facility by the mail carrier, our standard return policy applies ($15 shipping fee and 15% restocking fee).
**Domestic US Shipping and Logistics: Orders are packed securely and sent via local domestic facilities within the United States. On rare occasions, unpredictable carrier delays or inclement weather events outside our control may introduce slight transit delays. We thank you for your patience should an unforeseen carrier issue delay your package.
Signature & Age ID Verification: Depending on your specific state, county, or local ordinance, a mandatory adult signature and/or Age ID requirement (proving you are 18+) may be requested by the delivery courier upon arrival to ensure legal compliance.
Re-Shipping & Unclaimed Packages: If an address was entered incorrectly or if a package goes unclaimed at your local post office/depot and gets returned to sender, you are responsible for the exact re-shipment fee charged to us by the courier, regardless of any free shipping promotion applied to the original order. Unclaimed packages left sitting for 30 days without customer communication will be automatically refunded minus the original shipping and return fees.
