Returns, Cancellations, & Quality Disclaimer

  • Returns Policy: Due to the highly intimate nature of our novelty and wellness products, federal health regulations, and strict sanitation laws, we absolutely cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is 100% unopened, unused, and remains completely factory sealed in its original, tamper-evident plastic wrap/packaging. Any opened or used items cannot be returned under any circumstances as we do not resell open-box goods. Any damaged items or missing parts must be reported to our team within three (3) business days of carrier delivery. Returns must include all items originally in the package (accessories, charging cables, promotional inserts). All authorized returns require trackable shipping at the customer’s expense. Eligible, factory-sealed returns that did not arise from an error on our part are subject to a 15% restocking fee and a $15 shipping fee. Special order or clearance items noted on the product page are completely final sale. Please contact customer support for mandatory return authorization before mailing items back.
  • Customer Inspection Note: If a returned package is inspected by our fulfillment center and determined to have been opened, handled, or not in its original factory-sealed condition (including any micro-tears or removed plastic seals), the package will be held, no refund will be issued, and the item will only be mailed back to the customer upon payment of a $25 inspection and reshipping fee.
  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations are permitted on a case-by-case basis before the order is marked as “Completed” or packed by our warehouse team. To fulfill a cancellation, please email or call us immediately. To offset the non-refundable gateway processing costs charged to us by our payment merchant, all approved cancellations are subject to our standard 6% cancellation fee (refund minus 6%). Special order items cannot be canceled for any reason.
  • Product Quality Concerns: Should you encounter an issue with the operational quality or performance of your purchase, we are here to assist you promptly. In rare instances of a technical malfunction, our team may require up to 5–14 business days to coordinate with the manufacturer or distributor for a resolution (which may involve sending a replacement part or arranging a full product exchange). Upon replacement resolution, the sale is considered final, and no refunds will be issued. All claims regarding product technical defects must be supported by sufficient video evidence submitted to our support queue.

Shipping & Order Logistics Disclaimer

  • Domestic US Shipping: Tease and Toy ships solely within the United States from local domestic fulfillment facilities. We are a US-focused retailer and do not ship cross-border or internationally. For orders over $90, we offer FREE standard shipping within the USA (exclusions apply to oversized freight items). Delivery windows are realistic estimates provided by shipping carriers and are not legally binding guarantees.
  • Signature and/or Age ID Requirement: Depending on your state, county, or local municipal ordinances regarding the distribution of adult novelties, a mandatory adult signature and/or Government-issued Age ID verification (proving you are 18+ or 21+) may be required by the delivery courier at the point of arrival.
  • Fulfillment Processing Time: Please allow 1–4 business days of internal processing time on all orders. If our system flags discrepancies regarding billing or shipping credentials, we reserve the right to place a temporary hold on the package to verify the details via phone or email. If no address validation can be completed, the order will be canceled at our sole discretion.
  • Holiday Lead Times: During peak holiday periods (November 15 through December 31), internal processing times may scale up to 8–10 business days before tracking numbers become active.
  • Re-Shipping & Unclaimed Packages: If an address is incorrectly inputted by the buyer or if a package is returned to us as “Unclaimed” due to a failure to collect it from a local carrier depot, the customer is responsible for the exact cost of a second shipping attempt, regardless of whether a free shipping promotion originally applied. Unclaimed packages returned to our center left unaddressed for 30 days will be automatically processed as a return, and a refund will be issued minus the initial shipping, return-to-sender carrier penalties, and standard restocking fees.
  • Lost or Missing Delivery Claims: Tease and Toy is not liable for lost, missing, stolen, or misrouted shipments once a package has been officially marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a secure delivery location. If a package is missing despite a confirmed delivery status, the customer must file a report with the carrier. Formal claims submitted to our support team must be accompanied by a valid, certified Police Report PDF & Report Number. Claims must be submitted no sooner than five (5) days and no later than fifteen (15) days from the carrier’s delivery timestamp.

Promotions, Discounts, and Representations

All price changes take effect as rolled out on the advertised date. This applies to promotional events, holiday discount campaigns, and daily deals. Flash sales and coupons fluctuate and are not guaranteed retroactively. Coupon codes are strictly limited to one (1) per shopping cart. Promotions, discounts, and custom coupons cannot be stacked or combined.

Typographical Errors

If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Tease and Toy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your payment method has already been charged, Tease and Toy shall issue an immediate credit to your account in the exact amount of the incorrect price. Tease and Toy endeavors to provide current and accurate content, but cannot guarantee that product descriptions, photographs, or specifications are perfectly error-free.

Incorrect Billing/Shipping Information

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to provide an accurate shipping and billing address. If our software cannot validate your address, the order will be held. If a package has already shipped with incorrect information provided by the user, the buyer is legally responsible for paying all carrier intercept, re-routing, or return shipping expenses. Once a package is returned to our facility, our standard return policies apply ($15 shipping fee and 15% restocking fee).

Termination

These terms and conditions apply to you upon accessing the site and/or completing a transaction. These provisions may be amended or terminated by Tease and Toy without notice at any time for any reason. Provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademarks, Disclaimers, Limitations of Liability, and Indemnification shall survive termination.

Tease and Toy reserves the right to cancel any order at any time at our sole discretion.

Minimum Age Requirements

By utilizing this website, you explicitly confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority required to view or purchase adult novelties in your specific state or local jurisdiction). If a user is found to have falsified their age or is legally underage after an automated verification check during order processing, the transaction will be canceled instantly, and the buyer will be held strictly liable for our standard 6% cancellation fee to cover payment platform processing expenses.
