The exact blend is a trade secret, and the colours come from encapsulated, FDA-approved food-grade pigments rather than fillers. Silicone is non-porous, so it can be properly sanitized, which is why Tantus toys can go in boiling water or the top rack of a dishwasher.

Which Tantus is right for you?

How to clean Tantus silicone
Tantus lists four ways to clean its silicone toys. Remove any vibrator or electronic part first.
- Soap and water: mild antibacterial soap with warm to hot water; use a very soft brush on textures, rinse well and air dry.
- Toy cleaner: follow the cleaner’s instructions, for example the Tantus Natural Toy Cleaner.
- Boiling: boil silicone parts for 2 minutes.
- Dishwasher: top rack, then air dry or pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
