The Tantus intermediate c-ring is the middle size in Tantus’s line of plain silicone cock rings: 1.875 inches across, firmer than the 2-inch starter ring and less snug than the 1.75-inch advanced one. It is a single broad band, made for someone who has worn a ring before and wants a tighter fit.
The intermediate c-ring is made of 100% Tantus silicone, so it won’t pinch or grab when you sit or walk, Tantus says. If things get stuck, scissors cut through it, which isn’t true of a metal ring. This one is Onyx (black).
Tantus sizes its rings by inner diameter, and smaller means tighter. Pick by experience, not by body size.

No. Tantus says the diameter of the intermediate c-ring has nothing to do with your size. A smaller ring is harder to get on, but plays tighter once it is on.
Lube the inside of the ring, ease one testicle through at a time, then pull the penis through last. That is the order Tantus gives.
