The PDX Elite Ultimate Milker is a rechargeable automatic stroker that rotates instead of moving up and down. A ribbed TPE sleeve sits inside a clear-windowed case, and the motor spins and squeezes it around your shaft while you pick the pattern and speed with three buttons.

The PDX Elite Ultimate Milker is built for hands-free use: lock the suction cup onto a smooth surface, set the angle, and let it run. Pull the sleeve out and it becomes a handheld stroker, or plug in the included earbuds if you want the moaning audio track.

HOW THE MILKING ACTION WORKS

Most automatic strokers thrust or vibrate. The PDX Elite Ultimate Milker gyrates: the motor turns the sleeve around you in circles, so the internal ribs roll and squeeze along the shaft rather than sliding up and down it. Pipedream calls this rotational milker technology.

The sleeve has a closed end, which traps air and adds a natural suction feel as it turns. The clear window on the case lets you watch the sleeve move while it works.

CONTROLS

The PDX Elite Ultimate Milker runs from three buttons on the case, so there’s no app to set up.

  • Power: hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on or off.
  • Patterns: press the power button again to cycle through the gyration functions.
  • Speed: use the + and – buttons to move through 5 speed levels.
  • Audio: plug the earbuds into the base and press the speaker button to start the moans.

HOW TO USE THE ULTIMATE MILKER

  1. Charge it fully first. The PDX Elite Ultimate Milker takes about 4 hours to charge with the included USB cord.
  2. Set it up. For hands-free use, attach the suction cup, press it onto a smooth, flat surface and lock it at the angle you want.
  3. Lube up. Add water-based lube to the sleeve opening and to yourself.
  4. Start slow. Turn it on, begin at the lowest speed, then step through the patterns and raise the speed once you find what you like.
  5. Add the audio if you want it. Plug in the earbuds and press the speaker button.

CLEANING AND CARE

  • Remove the sleeve after each use and wash it with warm water and an antibacterial toy cleaner.
  • Never submerge the motor unit of the PDX Elite Ultimate Milker. Wipe the case with a soft cloth instead.
  • Let the sleeve dry completely before putting it back, then close it with the locking storage cap.
  • Use a water-based lube with the sleeve.
  • Keep the charging port clean and dry, and don’t charge it in extreme heat or cold.
