The Tantus Stirrup is a cock-and-ball sling made in one piece of firm-yet-soft silicone. A 35 mm ring fits on the shaft, and a second opening at the base cradles the balls, holding them down and keeping the ring in place.
The silicone has a light stretch, so it sits snugly without feeling hard. It is nonporous, phthalate-free and top-rack dishwasher safe.

STIRRUP QUESTIONS
How does the Stirrup work?
The 35 mm ring goes around the shaft, and the opening at the base holds the balls, like a stirrup.
How tight is it?
It has a light stretch so it can fit directly on the shaft and stay in place. It should feel snug, never painful.
How long can I wear it?
Up to about 20 to 30 minutes. Take it off straight away if you feel pain, numbness or coldness.
How do I clean it?
It is silicone: top-rack dishwasher safe and bleachable, or wash with soap and water. Use water-based lube.
