About 1 hour per charge, according to VeDO. It charges with the USB cable included in the box.

My VeDO Bump won’t turn on. Is it locked?

It may be in travel lock. VeDO says to double-click the On/Off button to turn the lock off; then each press of the button moves through the vibration modes, and holding it down switches the Bump off.
