USING A METAL PLUG

  1. Warm it in your hands or in warm water if cold metal feels too sharp.
  2. Cover the plug and yourself in lube; with metal you can use water-based or silicone lube.
  3. Relax, breathe out and press the tapered tip in slowly; there is a stretch as it reaches the widest point.
  4. Once past the widest point, the narrow neck lets it settle and the base keeps it in place.
  5. To remove the Red Hearts Gem, relax and ease it out by the base. For extra hygiene, Adam & Eve suggests slipping a condom over the plug.
