1. Week one: the Three Hearts Gem Small only. Adam & Eve suggests warming up with a lubed finger first if the tip feels like a lot.
2. Lube the whole plug, relax and press the tapered tip in slowly; the slim neck lets it settle once the widest part is in.
3. When the Small is easy, move to the Medium; the Large comes last.
4. Experienced users can work through Small, Medium and Large in one session as a warm-up.
5. Clean each plug with a toy cleaner or mild soapy water, rinse, pat dry and put it back in the bag.
