The Blush Avant Twilight is a small silicone butt plug with a tapered head and three “pleasure curves” that get bigger toward the base, in a bright blue colourway. It is 3 in long, with 2.5 in insertable and 1 in at the widest point, a good size for a first or everyday plug.

Blush makes it from Puria platinum-cured silicone with an Ultrasilk smooth finish, and lists it as body-safe and free of phthalates, latex and fragrance. Its StayPut design is meant to keep it from popping out, and the AnchorTech base is shaped for comfortable longer wear.

FIRST TIME WITH A SMALL PLUG

  1. Wash the plug and add a generous amount of water-based lube.
  2. Relax and press the tapered head in slowly; each curve is a small step in width.
  3. Pause at each curve and let your body adjust.
  4. Once the last curve is in, the base sits flat between the cheeks.
  5. Remove it slowly by the base, then wash it.
