The Je Joue Medium Stretch ring is a soft silicone cock ring in green, the middle of Je Joue’s three stretch levels. Je Joue says the stretch you choose is less about your size and more about the intensity you want, and the medium suits average girth and people who have worn a ring before and want something firmer.

It is made from 100% silicone with no phthalates, has a non-slip design that keeps it in place, and is stretchy enough to put on at any time. It is fully waterproof and can be boiled or put in the dishwasher.

Stretch guidance from Je Joue’s own sizing advice. Our supplier lists the medium ring at 1.25 unstretched and 5 stretched (units not stated, likely inches).

1. Add a little water-based lube to the inside of the ring.
2. Stretch it over the penis to the base, or over the testicles and then the penis.
3. Settle it so it sits flat and snug without pinching.
4. Keep sessions to 30 minutes or less, as Je Joue advises.
5. Stretch it wide to take it off.
