GETTING THE SEAM STRAIGHT

  1. Roll each stocking down to the toe before you put it on.
  2. Line the seam up with the centre back of your heel.
  3. Unroll slowly up the leg, keeping the seam straight.
  4. Settle the grip band on bare, lotion-free skin so it holds.
