Charge the pump fully before first use. Attach the silicone flange to the collection cup, then press the motor unit onto the cup until it clicks. Position the assembled wearable breast pump inside your bra, centering the flange. Press the power button to start in stimulation mode; the pump automatically shifts to expression mode after two minutes. Use the (+/-) buttons to adjust suction strength across 9 levels. When finished, press and hold the power button to turn off.
After each session, disassemble the flange, cup, and diaphragm. Wash all removable parts in warm soapy water or place on the top rack of a dishwasher. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth; never submerge the motor. Allow parts to air-dry completely before reassembly. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scrub pads on silicone components.
