These nylon packing underwear work with most standard packers. The generous pouch depth and width accommodate silicone, foam, and fabric packers up to 5 inches in length. The stretchy nylon conforms to your packer’s shape, preventing sagging or awkward bulges. For best results, pair with a packer that has a flat back profile.

The Pete Briefs in Black, Size XL fit waist sizes 38-42 inches. The pouch size is standard; the waist and leg dimensions adjust with the garment. Refer to the SpareParts official sizing chart for detailed measurements. The nylon material provides some give, so if between sizes, order down for a snugger fit or up for a relaxed fit.
