The Uva Cup A is Uva’s middle-size reusable menstrual cup, holding 20 ml. Uva rates it for a moderate flow, about what 2-3 tampons a day would handle. It is made of medical-grade silicone and, according to Uva, can be reused for up to 10 years.
Two details set the Uva cup apart: an anti-leak rim around the edge, and a slit that makes it easier to empty and lets you turn the cup inside out to clean it. If you currently go through a few tampons a day, size A is the one Uva suggests.
