A Clone-A-Willy kit turns an erect penis into a vibrating silicone replica. You make a mold with seaweed-based powder, pour platinum-cure silicone into it, set a small vibrator inside and leave it overnight. It’s made by Empire Labs in Portland, Oregon.

Plan the night before you open the box
- Read all the instructions first. The mixing windows are short.
- Clear a non-porous surface (kitchen or bathroom tile) and lay out the tube, stir sticks, a disposable cup and a timer.
- Trim pubic hair or coat it with petroleum jelly, and remove any piercings.
- Decide who mixes and who molds. A partner makes the minute of molding far easier.
- Leave the finished mold standing somewhere it won’t be knocked while the silicone cures overnight.

If you are around 8 to 9 inches or longer, or thicker than average, Clone-A-Willy says you will likely need the XL vibrator and extra silicone, so plan for that before you start.
Where molds go wrong
